Mark 12:18-27 states that if a man dies childless, his widow is ordered by biblical law to have intercourse with each of his brothers in turn until she bears her deceased husband a male heir.

So let’s just accept this into our daily lives as well. And anyone who doesn’t follow this will be discriminated against and deemed “unholy”.

That’s um…not at all what that passage is saying.  It’s Jesus making the argument that people who take scriptural passages out of context and use them as some half-ass “evidence” against the coming Resurrection of the dead are wrong because they don’t know the scripture and don’t trust in God’s love.  In sum, Jesus is being snotty to people who are doing the EXACT SAME dumb ass thing you are doing.
